Frequently asked questions

It’s been a while since I’ve done any exercise. Can I really enjoy this tour?

We have a variety of different tours available, ranging from those which require minimum effort and allow you to have a relaxing day out with no problems, to trips lasting several days on which you can also enjoy the landscape, but which require a greater physical effort. We can generally personalize each trip based on your personal requirements or those of the group. The majority of our adventures are very gentle and fun, but others are physically demanding. You decide what you want and we make it reality.

What do I need to bring?

A great attitude and willingness to have a good time, with no worries, no rush, no bad moods and no sad faces. We do all we can to ensure that you have a great time and enjoy each moment in nature. Apart from this, you only need to bring a few things for your personal wellbeing, such as sunblock, sunglasses, insect repellent and so on. You only need to bring different items in certain cases which you will be informed of depending on the tour you choose.

Do the guides speak English?

Yes, although some of our local guides do not speak it perfectly. If you wish to have a guide who is fluent in english, please let us know and we will organize it for you.

What happens if I have an accident?

If you have an accident, the guide will attend to you. If it’s something more serious, you will be transported in the way most appropriate to the terrain (horseback, raft, car, jeep or ambulance). Remember that you are covered by insurance for adventure activities and you have a medical assistance card which assumes all the medical and transport costs necessary for your wellbeing.

What happens if I damage a trekking pole, the bicycle or any other piece of equipment?

If you are careless with the equipment or do not follow the instructions given about how to use it and you break it or one of its components, you will be charged for the replacement. The solution is simple: follow the recommendations of the instructors and use the equipment provided according to your abilities. This way we guarantee you that nothing will happen.

What do I need to do if I want a tailor-made tour?

It’s simple – just let us know what you want and we will suggest an excellent option for you given your requirements.

Depending on the tour you choose, the following elements are included: the bicycle, meals, accommodation, transport for you and the bicycle if necessary, a helmet, lights, mechanics, a trekking pole, a guide for adventure activities, water and insurance for adventure activities/ medical assistance card.

If I want to go on a trip which lasts several days, where do we stay?

If I want meals included, what do we have to eat?
